As a CMR we can audit your program to see if you are applying your dollars in the most efficient manner to meet your objectives as well as checking to see if you are getting the best possible prices for the ads you place. As an individual you have no way to audit pricing.

There are other CMR's. Most of them are smaller and do not have the resources we have. Of the ones who are larger, most are publicly held and traded and will focus on selling you a host of other services. In most cases a large portion of your marketing budget is being invested in Yellow Pages, it only makes sense to work with someone who specializes in it.
